2/10/2012: Initiative for Research in Biopharmaceutical Operations researchers Ming Yuen, Giulia Pedrielli, Phil Kaminsky, and Lee Schruben won the best poster award at the Spring 2012 CELDi Meeting for their poster entitled "Analyzing, Rationalizing and Optimizing the Inventory/Risk Trade-off in Biopharmaceutical Supply Chains."

3/10/2011: The UC Berkeley site of the Center for Excellence in Logistics and Distributions has been awarded National Science Foundation funding, as part of the Industry/University Cooperative Research Program. The Berkeley site will focus exclusively on issues faced by the Biopharmaceutical Industry.
